What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are a 15% deposit paid via Credit or Debit Card. The remaining 85% balance is payable after you have validated the tuned model on our services. After this final payment is received, we will transfer the model to your servers or API.
How long does a Fine-Tuning job take?
The time it takes to tune an AI Model is mostly comprised of the time it takes to develop both the tuning dataset and the dataset to validate and score the tuned model’s outputs. This depends on the size and complexity of the job but most jobs can be completed in a 1-2 week turnaround. You can track the progress of your job via our App.
Which models can you fine-tune?
We fine-tune all major AI models including those from OpenAI, Anthropic aswell as open source models from Meta (LLaMa), Deepseek and more.
