The business was established during the COVID-19 pandemic, when we created and operated Hartford Covid Supplies — a B2B operation focused on providing reliable access to COVID testing supplies during the return-to-work phase of the pandemic.
During this period, we supported organisations across the UK, including Defence Firms, an International Car Manufacturer, a well-known International Appliance Brand, media organisations, film and television production crews, and a wide range of Small and Medium Size Enterprises. The business scaled nationally and required robust online systems, dependable suppliers, and the ability to operate under significant time pressure. This experience shapes our approach today: a focus on reliability, technical depth, and the delivery of systems that work in real commercial environments.
Building on this background, OptimumPartner AI provides developer-led AI services focused on integrating large language models into production software systems. About the Director
Michael graduated in Physics at a UK University, and specialised in the study of complex quantum physical systems which provided him with a solid foundation for working with the matrix math which underpins LLM Transformer Models.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys alpine skiing and spending time in the mountains, with a particular fondness for the Matterhorn mountain in Switzerland.
